~Sales Policy~
**Please read our Sales Policy below before inquiring about sale rabbits.**
All Little Rascal's Rabbitry sales are held strictly to this policy whether the customer has or has not read the policy. It is the customer's responsibility to read our policy and all of our customers that inquire are assumed to have read and agree to this policy. We offer animals in order of serious inquiry and order determined by our placement decisions. We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason we feel is necessary. We also reserve the right to revoke an agreement of sale at any time at our discretion and without the need to provide justification or reasons for revocation. We can cancel any sale at anytime until the rabbit is picked up, no longer in our care, and is officially sold.
All of our animals are to be sold at the prices listed on our website or as quoted through email. Discounts are offered solely at our own discretion. We do not offer discounts for animals of top show quality with excellent genetics or traits in high demand. Rabbits listed as show quality are often proven on the show table or believed to be of show quality and are free from any known disqualifications. Although we put forth great effort to ensure every show rabbit we sell is free of disqualifications at the time of sale, Little Rascal's Rabbitry is not responsible for undiscovered disqualifications that may appear, or be acquired after the rabbit is sold. Also, we do not guarantee a sale rabbit's show or breeding success, even if the animal is a proven producer or was previously successful on the show table. We strongly encourage buyers to personally evaluate the rabbit(s) they intend to purchase and research lines that are compatible prior to purchasing our animals.
Before Little Rascal's Rabbitry can put an animal “on-hold” for pick-up at a local show, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required within one week of informing us of your intent to purchase. Until the deposit is received, the animal will remain for sale. Once we receive the deposit, you have the opportunity to look over the rabbit at the show before paying for the rabbit in full. If an animal is not deemed as advertised or it has an undiscovered disqualification and you decide against it, a refund of the deposit may be given at our discretion. However, if you decide against the rabbit for other reasons, the deposit will be subject to forfeit. All rabbits must be paid for in full and picked up within two weeks unless other arrangements have been made. Also, if Little Rascal's is to hold a rabbit longer than 2 weeks and/or those in need of out-of-state transportation, full payment must be received within one week of informing us of your intent to purchase. A fee may apply for holding rabbits longer than 2 weeks and we will discuss this. If payment is not received within the given time frames above, we will stick to our policy and allow the next person interested to proceed. Once full payment is received, the animal is considered sold.
All rabbits are sold with transition food, health information, 3 generation pedigree, ARBA Registration, ARBA Grand Champion Certificate, and ARBA Legs if applicable. Pet rabbits are occasionally available however, I do not post pets for sale on my website. Please inquire regarding availability and pet sale information.
Little Rascal's Rabbitry currently accepts cash only for rabbit sales unless other arrangements are made. All sales are final when payment in full is in hand. All pricing and availability are subject to change without notice (unless a deposit has been received for a rabbit). These changes are usually due to a rabbit's development and success on the show table.

Brood Hotots: $75+

Transportation:
Transportation to local shows, ARBA Convention, and Nationals is typically available but may require a small fee.Transport must be arranged by the buyer and we must approve. We reserve the right to refuse to send a rabbit with a transporter for any reason and the buyer will be responsible to address the issues and find a new transporter. The sales price and all fees must be paid in full following the guidelines in our sales policy before a rabbit can be taken from our care and/or be transported.
Right of First Refusal:
Little Rascal's Rabbitry cares about the health and happiness of our rabbits and the Dwarf Hotot and Holland Lop breeds. Therefore, Little Rascal's Rabbitry retains right of first refusal if, at any time in the life of any rabbit we sell, the buyer is unable or unwilling to keep the rabbit. A Little Rascal's rabbit may not be resold, given away, or leased without the prior written consent of Little Rascal's Rabbitry, who shall have first right of refusal. Buyer also agrees to allow Little Rascal's Rabbitry enough time to repurchase and transport the rabbit or act as an agent regarding the successful re-homing of a Little Rascal's rabbit. Except for show purposes, at no time will a Little Rascal's rabbit leave the buyer's residence intact for any reason, including but not limited to the sale, replacement, gift, pet, or paid/free lease purposes, unless the rabbit is being returned to, or re-homed by Little Rascal's Rabbitry. Buyer will receive a refund once the rabbit is received in healthy condition of the same amount Little Rascal's charged for the rabbit minus any expenses. If Little Rascal's acts as an agent and helps re-home the rabbit, the buyer may keep the money collected from the sale. Should the right of first refusal be breached, buyer agrees to pay any and all fees, including ARBA grievance fees, that may result should Little Rascal's Rabbitry require professional assistance in order to re-purchase or re-home their rabbit.
Warranty and Health Guarantees:
Little Rascal's guarantees any rabbit we sell to be, to the best of our knowledge, in good health and free from disease, symptoms of disease, or injury up to the time the buyer or the buyer's transportation service provider takes responsibility or the animal leaves our rabbitry, whichever comes first. At that time, we revoke any and all guarantees due to the risks that are beyond our control.
In addition to general health guarantees, we absolutely can NOT and will NOT guarantee the breeding or show success of an animal that we sell, regardless of it's past breeding record. There are far too many variables beyond our control that could impact these things.
Little Rascal's Rabbitry is dedicated and determined to produce not only typey animals, but healthy animals. Therefore, Little Rascal's reserves the right to cancel any sale and agreements; and refund all money paid should a rabbit become ill or develop a genetic disqualification prior to a final sale, pick-up, or scheduled transportation. Little Rascal's Rabbitry can not guarantee the health of a rabbit after it has left our care simply because once an animal leaves our care, it is beyond our control what the rabbit is exposed to.
We reserve the right to alter this policy with or without notice and with or without updating this page.
